Deleting Pictures and Print Orders:
The Delete Menu
Using the options in the “Delete” menu, you can:
delete selected pictures
delete all pictures
delete the current print order (p. 172)

To delete selected pictures and movies:

Press Multi selector to select image
for deletion
Selected images are marked by 5 icon.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 to select
additional images for deletion. To
deselect image, highlight and press
/ on the Multi selector. To exit
without deleting images, press MENU
button.

I have owned a number of Coolpix cameras and this one is by far the most complicated when it comes not to just setting it up, but even charging the batteries. The truth is I'm not very tech savvy and I'm also disabled but it was at least able to get a very good deal on this camera but I just don't want to make any mistakes. I know that Nikon offers at least downloads for manuals for free and if that's just not the case for your company then I will look elsewhere, but I just wanted to be honest
