SnapBridge 360/170 App Issues
The camera beeps
three times.
• The battery is exhausted.
•
Out of memory. Insert a memory card with sufficient free space.
• The camera has run out of file numbers. Change the
memory card, or format the memory card.
• An error occurred while accessing the memory card.
- Use an approved memory card.
- Check that the terminals are clean.
- Confirm that the memory card is correctly inserted.

Problem Cause/Solution

The camera
cannot be paired.
• Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on the smart device. When
using NFC on an NFC-compatible Android device, enable
NFC.
• Turn off the camera. The camera cannot enter pairing
standby mode when the camera is on.
• Turn off the airplane mode switch on the camera.
• Insert a memory card.
• Disconnect the HDMI cable or USB cable.
• The camera battery is exhausted.
• The camera cannot be paired with multiple devices at the
same time.

• Perform pairing.
• If pairing has already been performed, select Camera &
smart device using c Camera M Remote options M
Choose connection in the SnapBridge 360/170 app.
• Check that the Bluetooth icon is displayed on the
a Connect screen in the SnapBridge 360/170 app. The
Bluetooth icon is not displayed when the camera is off or
immediately after it is turned on.
