Notes on continuous flash shooting
To prevent the SB-400 from overheating, allow the SB-400 to cool down
for at least 10 minutes after the maximum number of continuous firings
have been performed as shown in the table below.

Do not exceed the maximum number of continuous
firings, as this may cause the flash head to overheat and can
result in burns and damage to the flash panel and body.
CAUTION
Be careful when replacing batteries after continuous
flash use, because batteries may generate heat during
continuous flash photography.
