Long Time-Exposures
At a shutter speed of , the shutter will remain open while the shutter-release
button is held down. Note that if the shutter is open for more than approximately

Electronic Analog Exposure Display
The electronic analog exposure display shows whether the photograph would be un-
der- or over-exposed at current settings. Depending on the option chosen for Custom
Setting 9 (EV Step), the amount of under- or over-exposure is shown in increments of

EV. If the limits of the exposure metering system are exceeded, the elec-
tronic analog exposure display will flash.
